A' ( - 3, 2 ) that is B

a translation ( x - 5, y + 3 ) means subtract 5 from the x- coordinate and add 3 to the y-coordinate 3

A(2, - 1 ) → A'(2 - 5, - 1 + 3 ) → A'( - 3, 2 )
