The advice that i will give to Bell Would be to Shoot when she has the maximum vertical velocity. 
The maximum vertical velocity indicates the highest point that Bella managed to direct her ball.
This position is the hardest point for her opponent to reach and blocked her shoot within the small time frame.

In order to provide the best advice to Arabella in regards to her shot, it would be necessary to tell her to release the shot at the top of her jump, where H is the greatest value. This is because it minimizes the ability of defenders to reach the same height in time to be able to alter her shot.
